Habbo username
age
grade
history
personality
AND YOU MUST ADD A PHOTO OF YOUR CHARACTER

Also, please note that you may not change your face claim at any time once you've selected it (unless you chose a faceclaim that was already chosen).

Do not change your first or last name unless IC storyline leads you to it (such as marriage.)
